COVID-19 Update

During these very difficult unprecedented times, we are working relentlessly to support and protect our guests, owners, staff and local community.

Whilst it is difficult not to welcome our valued guests at present it is essential we follow government guidelines to protect everyone.

Our Approach

As a small local family business we understand and can relate to the impact COVID-19 is causing, as such our am is to assist each booking with a personalised approach to reassure our guests and owners, our team are doing all we possibly can to ease this difficult situation. We are on hand to talk, both Penny and Tracey will be pleased to discuss any queries or concerns and assist.

Please understand our phone lines may be busy during certain periods as such e-mails may be the most efficient method of contact. Should you prefer to speak direct, we aim to respond to all calls as swiftly as possible.

Following the government announcement on 10th May 2020, guests are unable to take holidays prior to 4th July 2020 as such our availability calendars will be open from 4th July 2020. Any bookings taken beyond this date will be subject to change following government reviews and restrictions.

Woolacombe Cottages have contacted all guests due to arrive prior to 4th July 2020.

Moving Forward

Woolacombe Cottages will be taking every possible action to protect our guests, owners, staff and local community and will only accept bookings once it is safe for bookings to arrive.

Each property will be subject to a COVID-19 risk assessment and extensive compliant cleaning regime focused around reducing any risk of spread of the virus.

Guests will be required to confirm prior to their arrival they do not display any symptoms.

Should guests display any symptoms during their stay they must contact our office immediately.

Full information will be available in each property in relation to preventing the risk of COVID-19.

Woolacombe Cottages will honour the booking transfer guarantee on any bookings taken unable to travel owing to imposed restrictions in relation to COVID-19.

The current guidelines will be monitored regularly, we look forward to welcoming our valued guests as soon as it is safe to do so.
