Hire a bicycle and absorb the beautiful North Devon scenery

At this time of the year, North Devon is particularly stunning, with newly flowering gorse, budding trees and the little lambs bouncing around the countryside! Why not hire a bike and cruise the Tarka Trail, from Braunton to Barnstaple, or Bideford. The Tarka Trail is safe and flat, with several cafes along the way. Hire bikes in Braunton, and lots of other useful information about the Tarka Trail

An invigorating Spring surf!

Easter can be a great time for surf in North Devon, as there are winter swells lurking still, but the temperature is on the rise. Especially this year, with the water slightly warmer than usual because of the mild winter. All of the main beaches have surf hire available. You can hire surf equipment in Woolacombe from Lumleys Surf Hire –
