The arrangement of this area, encourages the whole family to stay together whether preparing food in the spacious well-arranged kitchen area, or from the comfort of the quality fabric sofa creating the ideal position to watch the children playing in the extensive safe enclosed garden before all dining together, with the choice of the large dining table or stepping out through the patio doors and dining Al-Fresco on the patio table and chairs whilst absorbing the rural views.  

Bedrooms 

Spacious inviting master bedroom with King Size Bed, walk in wardrobe, TV, and Dresser. (Family bathroom directly opposite this bedroom) Bedroom Two - Downstairs - Warm and inviting room with double bed, ample storage and en-suite shower room. Bedroom Three - Downstairs with quirky features, twin beds, storage and en-suite shower room. Bedroom Four - Downstairs room with double bed, ample storage and en-suite shower room. 'Hotel Style' towels are placed on each bed for guests use. 

Bathrooms 

Master Family Bathroom upstairs with spacious bath and quality over-shower, W/C and Basin. Downstairs bedrooms all have en-suite shower rooms with powerful showers, stylish basins and toilets 

Kitchen & Dining 

Modern open plan fully fitted kitchen area very well equipped with quality furnishings, preparation Island, Electric Range Cooker with extensive hob, , Microwave, Feature Sink, Dishwasher, Fridge and Freezer. The washing machine, tumble drier & additional fridge are located in the utility area. 

Lounge 

Contemporary open plan living area with full length patio doors/ windows leading to 'Sun Trap' Patio and Garden. The inviting lounge area has been perfectly arranged with comfort in mind, offering a new luxury leather suite (including sofa bed) arranged around the large flatscreen TV, and DVD player, situated alongside the perfectly arranged dining area with dining table and 8 chairs. The Wireless router and I-Pod docking station are also located in this area together with a thoughtful selection of DVDs and games 

Outside/Garden:  

 Surfers Retreat offers an extensive garden with large patio area and comfortable covered seating area. Here you also have an outdoor shower perfect for when you get back from the beach & a covered storage area for your bikes / surf boards etc. Private Patio Area set alongside the property with exclusive 6-seater hot tub*

Please note the garden building ajoining the covered seating area is not accessible to guests.

Surfers Retreat is situated at Tarka Lane, a private cluster of luxury properties sited alongside the Tarka Trail footpath and cyclepath. Walking distance of Woolacombe Beach and Village, approx. 40 minutes via National Trust Footpath. The advertised short break tariff for this property applies to Saturday to Tuesday or Tuesday to Saturday breaks. Breaks are available outside these days please contact us for a quote.
